Rick is the best. He helped us test ride and find the best lift chair for my grandmother. They have the largest selection of lift chairs I have ever seen. Note the Altoona store and Johnstown have the same layout. They stock in Altoona. They deliver also. We bought the extended chair warranty as it’s peace of mind to have someone other than me fix or repair a chair if needed in the future. I was really surprised how many couches they had here. We had an excellent first time experience with Park Home Furniture. From our shopping experience with our salesperson, Alice to our order and delivery of our rocker/recliner we could not be happier. The communication from this company was superb! They text and gave me a time parameter and also a way to follow the deliveries. The driver also gave me a heads up when he was on his way. The salesman called me in the middle of the delivery to see how everything was going. And the delivery guys were so friendly and professional! You can tell when you’re dealing with local small local company versus corporations. I would definitely do business with these people again!

My husband and I were unsure what we were looking for. When we walked in we were greeted & they directed us. There was never any pressure & the salesman was so polite. We added the extra warranty & when it was time for delivery the guys were 10 minutes early as well as very polite. They set up the couch where I wanted it & they were on their way. The couch we purchased is amazing and it's actually made with steel & wood. We couldn't be happier! We will definitely be purchasing again!

We had a great experience at Park Home, and we recommend if you’re looking for furniture to check out Park Home next to the Galleria. The Salesman, Deion, was great! He helped us find the perfect furniture! The delivery guys did a great job keeping us updated on their arrival time, did wonderful getting the furniture in the house!

Erin at park home went above and beyond to help us. She was absolutely wonderful. With so many furniture options, we told her what we were looking for and she found just the one for us. We eneded up also getting more than just the sectional we got a custom blanket and recliner. She helped us with ever little detail down from sending measurements and providing so many custom options. Highly satisfied with our experience and reccomended not only going to park home but the sales lady Erin who ultimately made everything possible! :)

The whole experience was top notch! Our sales person was great to work with and very patient. And the delivery guys - I have nothing but great things to say about them. Shelley at Park Home went above and beyond to help us pick our dream couch. We recently painted the living room and were looking for something neutral to update the room. I loved this couch in the showroom and Shelley spent hours helping me pick the accent pillow colors that would look best in our room. She was patient and encouraging. I love the swivel round chair; it’s so cozy and easy to socialize with those on the couch and spin to see the tv. We opted for the ottoman because that will be one less thing we will need to baby proof eventually. The quality of the couch is awesome and I’m so glad we upgraded the cushions as they are firm, yet comfortable and I’m hoping they are durable for years to come. I would highly recommend Park Home Furniture and their staff to help you with your next furniture upgrade. We are so happy with our selection!! Thanks Shelley!
